Righto…that’ll be me then.
I’m a London-based writer and director with over 20 years’ experience in advertising and fundraising.
Along the way, I’ve worked both agency and client-side, creating TV and social media ads for charities and global brands, including Omaze, ITV, The Labour Party, WWF, Save the Children, and many more.
I love every aspect of the creative process - from generating exciting new ideas, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and presenting to clients, right through to directing shoots, editing footage, and getting the finished product on air.
I particularly love directing documentary-style films and generating stories with limited resources in challenging environments. I’ve created many ads in this way, working across Africa and Asia with international NGOs like UNHCR, Sightsavers, and Concern.
Creative, but unwaveringly focused, my background in marketing means I always put ‘responsiveness’ at the heart of any idea. For me, it’s all about finding that core emotional connection between a brand story and the audience – then using words, sounds and visuals to inspire action.
